Periscope Player is a desktop app that lets users stream music from their Subsonic server directly to their laptop.

You can also create playlists just by grouping and sorting on the main grid with Periscope Player.

In this new version of the app, the lite version is now available for free. Some of the options may be disabled but the playback isn't limited to 30 seconds any more, which is a huge plus. You also have full control of Periscope Player using your keyboard; you can assign a custom shortcuts for playback control.
